文學副學士 (應用中文)
應用中文副學士課程內容古今兼備，文史並重，不但強調傳統中文學科的訓練，而且重視中文的實用功能，有助提升學生的中文水平，配合本地升學及就業需要。課程積極籌辦如學術講座及文化考察等各類學生活動，提升他們的學術及文化素養，體驗課堂以外的學習經歷，增廣見聞。課程更與多間機構合作，為學生提供實習機會，協助他們發掘潛能，把課堂所學運用到職場，為事業發展奠下重要基礎。每年也會資助舉辦海外文化交流團，讓學生豐富學習體驗，擴闊視野，增強語言能力。
